With a background in customer service and a passion for helping people, Lacy brings over 20 years of experience in client-facing roles to her work as a Paralegal at Akaigo Law. She is highly organized, a quick learner, and dedicated to making the legal process as smooth and stress-free as possible for clients.

Lacy’s career journey began in cosmetology, where she spent two decades building relationships and perfecting her ability to listen, understand, and meet people’s needs. Transitioning into the legal field, she applied these same skills—empathy, adaptability, and communication—to assisting clients with their legal matters. She is also a certified Notary Public and is actively expanding her legal knowledge through hands-on experience.

What sets Lacy apart is her friendly and knowledgeable approach, combined with a deep sense of empathy and organization. She takes pride in working alongside a hardworking and knowledgeable team, ensuring that clients receive the best possible support.

Born and raised in Billings, Lacy is a proud mom of two with four beloved fur babies. Outside of work, she and her husband enjoy spending time with family, camping, fishing, and embracing the outdoors. She also has a passion for gardening, finding joy in nurturing both plants and people.
